I just want to show how wonderful of a job Happy Bellies - Appleton did on my daughter’s 1st birthday cake! I told them our theme was “A berry sweet girl turns 🍓-n-e” and i had literally placed the order the day before her birthday because I completely dropped the ball on ordering the cake 🫠.. LOOK HOW CUTE THIS IS. They did an absolutely amazing job, not only was it decorated beautifully but it was also SO yummy! I can’t say enough good things about our experience with them🎂❤️

If you need a gluten free snack or dessert, you can't go wrong stopping here. It was a busy shop, but there was no issue getting through quickly. I was assisted in making my choices by their easy going staff. 👍👍

We ordered our wedding cake from Happy Belly’s Bakeshop, and it was absolutely perfect! My husband has celiac disease, so finding a fully gluten-free bakery was really important to us — and Happy Belly’s completely delivered (literally and figuratively!). We ordered a custom red velvet cake for our wedding, and it was beautiful and delicious. The texture was so moist and flavorful — you’d never even know it was gluten-free! Our guests loved it so much that the cake was completely gone by the end of the night. Best of all, my husband didn’t get sick, which is such a huge win and something we’re so grateful for. If you’re looking for a gluten-free bakery that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality, Happy Belly’s Bakeshop is the place to go. They made our wedding day even sweeter — highly, highly recommend!

This place is a celiac dream come true. I was so delighted to find this place. I stocked up since I'm from out of town but will definitely be coming back. Everyone was so nice and kind. I also got an Arnold Palmer since it was the afternoon but the had delightful looking coffee and teas. I can't wait to come back on my next visit to the Appelton area. Thanks everyone for such a great experience. So good to feel cared and respected in regards to my dietary needs. ❤️

Happy Bellies is the perfect name! Because I was so happy after my visit and of course enjoying my treats. Such a warm, welcoming staff. They took time to share their mission and explain ingredients. I’ve been Celiac for 35 years, so walking into a bakery and feeling confident about my purchases was so important. I think I got one of everything! But the absolute best was the cherry half moon pie. Literally brought tears to my eyes because it tasted just like I remembered. Fresh, soft, flavorful and not overly sweet. Thank you Happy Bellies for sharing these tasty treats for all to enjoy. It was so worth the two hour drive.

Mind blown at the options available. First off, everything is GF and otherwise labeled if you also have a need for dairy free, egg free etc. Beautiful place with a mix of high table and regular table seating as well as comfortable larger chairs. Two unisex bathrooms that were clean and had a changing station. Small parking lot but no problem with finding a spot. Pictured are the fall spiced donut & pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. Coffee & drinks also available. Phenomenal place with great staff. Even more of a bbonus that they are kid friendly.

Excellent bakery! My husband normally hates gluten free but even he thought it was delicious! I had the blueberry scone. Omg I am addicted!! Everything was moist and had the perfect consistency. The service was so friendly, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We don’t live here but if we did we would come back often.

I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this place. First off, THANK YOU Happy Bellies for existing and all the happiness you bring!!! For anyone with any allergies or food sensitivities, you are not left out here or deprived of the good stuff!! What’s truly amazing is not only everything gluten free (so celiac friendly too)- but there are TONS of dairy free/vegan options. Now, for everyone who shys away from allergy friendly things thinking it won’t taste as good- HERE you would be 100% wrong!! (When it’s done right, it’s even better)! I have been to vegan friendly bakeries from California to Florida to DC (and even in Europe), and the baked goods at Happy Bellies are HANDS down some of the BEST in the country- easily !! Only one place I could say is comparable that’s a chain in New York and Orlando. I cannot tell you how lucky the Fox Valley and Wisconsin is to have this staple!! I am a forever fan of this place. They keep it real! The donuts always have such a satisfying unique flavor to them, an are never dry and usually cakey and delicious. The chocolate peanut butter cupcake is absolutely to swoon for! )vegan version you would not guess- honestly for ANY vegan (or dairy free) product you could truly fool anyone! The donuts may not be starchy where it’s all air like a lot of the American donut is - but I think much better! They have take and bake cinnamon rolls with incredible frosting (yes a gluten free dairy free variety too)- as well as dinner rolls baked fresh on Thursdays! For hot beverages, I always get the matcha latte with coconut milk. They add vanilla syrup and it’s perfect. Since they are only open until 2 (also watch for random days they close being a small business) you may have to plan to come for a breakfast - or just stock up like I do! LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this place. Natural ingredients, commitment to local sourcing, all allergy friendly options, and most importantly, made with love! It makes my day to get a cinnamon donut. Or a caramel nutty bar Or a smores mocha. Or a brownie cupcake. Or , or, or.... and the menu is so much more than sweet treats. You won't be disappointed by a visit to the shop. And it may take a few trips to find your "usual".

Absolutely amazing place. My partner is lactose intolerant so we are always looking for safe alternatives. This place did not disappoint! The donuts are amazing, and the cheesecake to die for. Great coffee as well, looking forward to trying everything lol. 😁
